LeADERS Student Orientation

Get Started - Orientation & Advising Resources

LeADERS Orientation

In order to move forward as a LeADERS Candidate, students who have submitted the LeADERS Candidate Interest Form MUST complete the LeADERS Online Orientation. Orientation modules are located in the LeADERS Candidates Canvas Course, which students are typically added to within one week of completing the online LeADERS Candidate Interest Form. The orientation modules are designed to help LeADERS Candidates learn more about program requirements and also go through the process of activating their LeADERS ePortfolio template.

In addition to the Online Orientation, all students must receive ePortfolio Support at least one time on their LeADERS ePortfolio. Finally, all LeADERS Candidates will complete the Program Completion Modules in Canvas during their final semester prior to graduation.

To access the Online Orientation/ePortfolio Support/Program Completion Modules:

  1. Log in to Canvas using the MyODU Portal.
  2. Select the 'Courses' tab in the left-hand menu.
  3. Select the 'LEADERS CANDIDATES' Canvas course.
  4. Select 'Modules'.
  5. Select 'LeADERS Orientation Module'.
  6. Read the Overview instructions and through the entire and follow instructions. There will be a form to fill out at the end that you must do in order for us to mark your orientation as complete

*Please note: The Online Orientation must be completed PRIOR TO the Program Completion Modules.*
