  STUDENT FALL PARKING OPTIONS

TPS will offer Student Semester, 30-Day, Weekly, or Daily permits for the Fall 2023 Semester! Fall Semester permits will be available for purchase AUGUST 3, 2023, and will be valid 8/14/23 - 12/31/23.


  SAVE TIME AND GO ONLINE!

You can use the ODU Parking Portal for most transactions! Purchase your parking permit, update vehicle information, appeal a citation and more! If you have trouble accessing your online account, please call our office for assistance at 757-683-4004.

Here are 3 simple tips to have the best experience while getting to and around campus:

  1. ALWAYS Use a Permit or Pay for hourly Parking

    Anyone parking on-campus MUST have a valid ODU parking permit or pay for hourly Parking. There are NO exceptions. ODU utilizes a virtual permit system and License Plate Recognition to enforce all on-campus parking. Permits can be purchased in the ODU Parking Portal.

  2. Avoid Waiting in Line

    The ODU Parking Portal is your online system for purchasing and managing parking permits, paying or appealing citations, and more.

  3. Know Your Options

    Do you know where to park during peak hours, or what other transit programs are available? Stay informed by referencing our website and contacting us with any questions.
