Located at the corner of 43rd Street and Elkhorn Avenue. The garage is zoned for hourly parking and commuter students.
The first level is designated as hourly parking ONLY. The 2nd level begins on the ramp and levels 2-4 are designated as are hourly parking OR Commuter. Hourly parking must be paid for immediately upon parking via MobilePay. Commuter parking requires a Commuter Parking Permit which can be purchased through the ODU Parking Portal.

Located at the corner of 43rd St and Bluestone Ave. The garage is zoned Faculty/Staff only.
After 3:45pm, any valid student permit may park in this garage.

Located at the corner of the 43rd Street and Hampton Blvd with entrances off 41st & 43rd Streets. The garage is zoned as hourly, Commuter, and special event parking with the exception of the 4th floor which is reserved.
Levels 1, 2, 3, and 5 are designated as Commuter or hourly parking unless otherwise signed. Level 4 is Resrved Parking ONLY. When parking in an hourly parking space, you must pay via MobilePay as soon as you park your vehicle. Commuter parking requires a Commter Parking Permit which can be purchased on the ODU Parking Portal.

Located on the 49th street and Bluestone Ave. The garage is zoned for faculty/staff, hourly, and Resident Student parking.
The first level on the 49th St side is designated as hourly parking ONLY. The side facing the Stadium as well as Levels 2 & 3 are designated as hourly or Faculty/Staff Parking. Levels 4 & 5 are designated as are hourly OR Resident parking. Hourly parking must be paid for immediately upon parking via MobilePay. Resident parking requires a Resident Parking Permit which can be purchased through the ODU Parking Portal.
