Free Naro Video Film Screening: May 25!
Mark your movie calendars for the next Naro Minded Film Screening - Police Story 3! ODU Libraries hope you'll join us on May 25 for the free screening held at Norfolk's Naro Cinema.
The icon Michelle Yeoh made Hollywood history this year, becoming only the second woman of color and the first Asian woman to win the Oscar for Best Actress for her performance in Everything, Everywhere All at Once. We're celebrating by turning back the clock on Yeoh's career to 1992 for the action and stunt spectacular POLICE STORY 3: SUPERCOP. Yeoh teams up with Jackie Chan in this third film of the (awesome) Police Story franchise, playing an Interpol agent on a dangerous undercover mission to take down a drug cartel. According to Quentin Tarantino, the film contains "[the] greatest stunts ever filmed in any movie ever."
