Commuter students are welcome to participate in the program and will check in with FSE during the welcome reception.
What service project will I be doing?
Service projects vary from year to year depending on the needs of the community. A variety of projects will be arranged and students will get a chance to sign up for the service project of their choice on a first-come, first-serve basis. Past projects have included community clean ups, working at homeless shelters, in community gardens, with the elderly, and in animal shelters.
Do I have to pay to participate?
There is no cost associated with this program, all we ask is that you exemplify what it means to be a Monarch Citizen by showing up on time, keeping a positive attitude, and serving your best.
