How to Apply
Ph.D. Program applications must be received by February 1st, and doctoral students begin in the following Summer Semester (May). Applications to the Graduate Certificate Program are reviewed on a "rolling basis", and certificate students can begin in either the Fall Semester (August) or Spring Semester (January).
