Location

Student Health Services is located in Webb Center, Suite 1007. When you walk through the main doors behind our Big Blue lion statue, walk through the food court area and continue on straight. We're next to the Women and Gender Equity Center.





Before you arrive checklist:

Instructions: Check in for your appointment 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and before entering Student Health Services. Be sure to have your ODU I.D. with you at check-in.


  1. Log into your Monarch Wellness Portal.

  2. Check in using your phone or laptop. Your device location must be turned on for check-in. Note: Appointment Self check-in is only enabled within a certain parameter of the clinic's location

  3. Go to Home page and scroll down to see your appointment information.

  4. If you see a button called "Forms", select and complete form(s) presented. Note: Not all appointment reasons require this.

  5. Then select the "Check-in" button when it appears.

  6. Once you are checked in come into the office and let the front office staff know you are here for your appointment, and you have checked in.

Student Health Services has been accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC) continuously since 1986. This means that Student Health Services is surveyed every three years to determine adherence to ambulatory health care standards as established by AAAHC.
