How to Apply
To apply for Student Support Services (SSS) students must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident. In addition, applicants must be a first-generation college student, meet low income criterion according federal guidelines, or have a documented disability. Students must also have an academic need for enrollment in SSS. Each student is assessed on this eligibility criteria and their potential fit for the program. Because space is limited and enrollment in SSS is competitive, not all students who are eligible will be accepted and may be added to the waiting list.
1) Submit completed application
2) Send in income documentation
3) Send in documentation of disability (if applicable)
The documents may be brought into the office, mailed or faxed.

Required Tax Return Info
Dependent Students:
- Send in copy of last year's income tax form from parent(s)/legal guardian(s).
- If parents do not complete taxes, send in a written statement indicating income and household size and a copy of the Student Aid Report (SAR) from FAFSA.ED.GOV
Independent Students:
- Send in copy of applicant's last year income tax form.
- If you do not file taxes, send in a signed statement indicating income and household size and a copy of the Student Aid Report (SAR) from the FAFSA.ED.GOV
Note: Applications without required documentation are considered incomplete. We will not review applications until all documentation is received. To verify that your application and supporting documentation have been received, please contact the office directly.
Once all documents are received we will review your application and notify you of your status.
