How Can We Help You?

FeedODU assists students

FeedODU is a Student Engagement & Enrollment Services initiative that addresses food insecurity on campus by connecting Monarchs to a network of food resources, education, and support through use of the Monarch Pantry.

The Monarch Pantry is a resource to meet the immediate food needs of students and provides a variety of non-perishable items and toiletries for ODU students. The Monarch Pantry has seen incredible growth in its usage since opening in 2020. The College and University Basic Needs Insecurity Report states that "1 in 3 college students will face food insecurity nationally." (Goldrick-Rab et al., 2019) This need is reflected on our campus.

"As a Graduate Assistant for Career Development Services, we continuously work toward ODU's mission of inclusion and innovation. The Division of Student Engagement & Enrollment Services (SEES) has created a space for various identities & communities to feel welcome, while also providing opportunities to learn about and advocate for differences. Without a doubt, SEES is why I genuinely feel connected to ODU."
