STCOnline Appointments
Schedule online STC tutoring appointments for available courses using WCOnline. Below is a step-by-step guide that walks you through how to sign up. You can download and print these instructions by viewing the Google Doc version HERE.
Most online appointments are held via a Zoom meeting.
Instructions for How to Schedule Appointments with WCOnline:

Click on the following link to access WCOnline:
https://itsapps.odu.edu/wconline/
Then login or sign up with your MIDAS ID.

If you happen to see this screen, click on the highlighted word "here" to get to the login screen.

This should prompt you to sign in with your MIDAS ID. If this is your first time using WCOnline, it will prompt you to set up an account.

You will see the following screen. Click on the down arrow at the top of the screen to select "Science Tutoring Centers (STC)"

Once the schedule appears, click on the button that says "Limit to:" and use the drop down box to select the course that you need assistance with. Tutors who can assist with that course will appear. For this example, I chose Biol 121, and you can see the list of tutors and their available time blocks.

Click on any of the boxes that are white, and a pop-up box or new tab will open for you to schedule an appointment:
