The Office of Real Estate & Space Management (RESM) oversees the allocation, assignment, and acquisition of campus space.

126,000 GSF Health Sciences Building expanding programs
Hugo A. Owens House
A 165,000 gsf residence hall which will house 470 beds. It is dedicated to Hugo A. Owens the University's first African American Rector and prominent civil rights leader.
Student Health & Wellness
A 17,500 square foot 2 story addition to the NE corner of the SRC building.
A 162,851 GSF building to support education in the fields of Biomedicine, Environmental, Ecology, Biomolecular, and Botanical Sciences.
