- Be “in the know” about the U.S. Department of Education. This workshop will offer a description of the organizational structure of the U.S. Department of Education, as well as look at its research arm, the Institute of Education Sciences. We will explore general types of funding offered and look at some specific program opportunities. In addition, there will be tips on how to apply and an overview of the review process.
