Fitness Orientations

Interested in working out at the gym, but don't know where to start? Sign up for a free fitness orientation! One of our Fitness Specialists will help you determine the best workouts for you based on your interests and goals, and get you more comfortable with various fitness equipment and exercises.

SRC Orientation

Late Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late your session will count as a no-show.

No Show Policy: Sessions have a finite number of time slots available. To be fair to all participants, if you do not cancel and do not show up to your session, you are considered a "no-show" participant. If you no-show two times in one semester, you will lose your online program registration privileges for a month.

Body Fat Analysis

Track progress that can't be seen on the scale. Determine your current body fat level in a free, zero contact Body Fat Analysis using the BodyLogic Body Fat Analyzer. Appointments should be scheduled before working out and on a day when normal sleep patterns and eating habits take place. Results may vary based on altered daily routine. Please e-mail recwell@odu.edu with any questions.
