Free CROSSTREIGN Small Group Training Class

This unique workout experience is a cross of strength training and cardio built for participants of all fitness levels. Your coaches will spend time each class introducing and improving technique for the main movement of the day, such as squats, deadlifts, cleans, and pulls. This will be followed by a main workout of the day (WOD) that incorporates all your learned skills. All classes include movements that are functional, safe, and adaptable for all. ODU Small Group Training offers a unique opportunity to explore a different dimension of fitness by merging group exercise with personal training. Receive personalized training, encouragement, and opportunities to progress in your fitness skills in this small group setting with a motivating coach.
