- Learn the fundamentals of group exercise, experience different group exercise formats, and prepare to inspire others through fitness in this 2-day instructor preparation workshop. Students who pass the workshop exam are eligible to work at the ODU Student Recreation Center as a Group Exercise Instructor. The workshop curriculum reviews knowledge necessary for the ACE Group Exercise Instructor Certification exam.
