The Friends of the Library Fall Faculty Forum will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, in room 101 of the Mills Godwin J. Life Sciences Building at Old Dominion University.

Bob Ash, eminent professor of engineering at Old Dominion University, will speak about the accomplishments of the Wright Brothers, who designed the world's first flying machine. He will discuss how the wind tunnel testing program at ODU is starting to document the achievements of Wilbur and Orville Wright.

Temple West, a writer and instructor in the English department at Old Dominion University, will tell the story of Ken Hyde and his "Wright Flyer Project." The story will be told according to her observations and experience.
