John Ritz, chair and graduate program director of the technology education program at Old Dominion University, has been appointed to the Technology Education Advisory Council of the International Technology Education Association (ITEA).

The appointment is for three years.

"All of us in the Darden College are very proud of John's recognition and international stature," said William Graves III, dean of ODU's Darden College of Education.

ITEA is the largest professional educational association, principal voice and information clearing house devoted to enhancing technology education through experiences in our schools (K-12).
