FRIENDS OF LIBRARY DINNER RESERVATION DATE EXTENDED TO TODAY
If you missed the April 5 deadline for the Friends of the Library Author Dinner, don't worry. The deadline has been extended to 5 p.m. Monday, April 9.
The program, which features political analyst Larry Sabato, begins with a reception and book signing at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6 and Sabato's lecture at 8. The dinner will include the presentation of the Friends of the Library Outstanding Achievement Award to Carl Boyd, Louis I. Jaff� Professor of History. All of the events will take place in Webb University Center.
The cost of the reception/book signing, dinner and lecture (with reserved front-row seating, on a first-come, first-served basis) is $20. Checks should be payable to Friends of the Old Dominion University Library and given to Fern McDougal in room 229 of Perry Library. There is no charge to attend only the lecture.
