Gov. Ralph Northam ordered the flag of the Commonwealth of Virginia be flown at half-staff over the state Capitol and on all local, state, and federal buildings and grounds in the City of Norfolk in respect and memory of former Norfolk State University President Harrison B. Wilson.
The flags shall be lowered at sunrise on Saturday, Aug. 3, and remain at half-staff until sunset.
