Matthew Shepard Vigil, Pride Festival Among ODU Out’s Upcoming Events

The ODU Out organization is sponsoring the following events on campus over the next several days:
Oct. 18 - A political debate for a discussion of issues by representatives along the political spectrum, 7:30 p.m., 101 Mills Godwin Jr. Building
Oct. 19 - Second annual Matthew Shepard Candlelight Vigil, 6:30 p.m., Kaufman Mall
Oct. 20 - ODU Out Pride Festival, to celebrate the diversity of the university's LGBT community and allies, noon to 4 p.m., Runte Quad
Oct. 25 - "TRANSformation," lecture on trans and lesbian issues by Clarissa Sligh, 6:30 p.m., North Cafeteria, Webb Center.
