Beginning Harp Class
This class is for students 10 and up who desire to learn to read music while developing harp technique. Correct posture and curved hand position will be encouraged. This class will cover basic rhythmic structure, key signatures, and simple chord progressions. As students learn throughout the course, music will increase in skill level.

Cancellation
To withdraw from a course you must send a request in writing to oducmd@odu.edu or call 757-683-4075 one business day prior to the start date of the course. Failure to attend a course does not constitute withdrawal. Course registration fees, less a $25 processing fee will be refunded via check per Old Dominion University policy (we are unable to return money to a debit or credit card). There are no refunds once the class has begun.

Nicholas John Steltzer studied both piano and organ at the Eastman School of Music(Rochester NY) in a course of study through the Community Education Division. Since then he has lived, worked and studied organ/choral music in Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Washington, New Jersey, England and now resides in Hampton Roads Virginia. Read More. . .
