The Dean of Students Office is a resource hub, comprised of caring and supportive staff members who provide guidance to students navigating their ODU journey.
We are here to help you navigate your campus experience. We are here to be your advocate, and to provide you with assistance if you need help managing a crisis. We can also help you understand ODU policy and to connect you with the many resources on our campus. Ultimately, we are here to help you be successful.

Apply for Emergency Grant Funding
Currently enrolled students facing financial barriers are encouraged to apply for emergency grant funding ($500 max).
Report a Concern for Student Well-Being
Submit a report to the ODU Cares Team for students of concern. The ODU Cares Team will review the concern and conduct appropriate follow-up and referral.
