Misinformation, Fake News, & Research: a Conversation

ODU Libraries welcomed panelists from across campus to share insight on identifying misinformation, disinformation, and fake news, specifically focusing on how these factors currently shape research and learning. In February, the panel discussion "How are Misinformation & Disinformation related to you?" offered perspectives from researchers and educators and encouraged attendees to engage in the timely conversation. Please click below to view significant points raised by the panelists, and keep the conversation going throughout the Spring '23 semester.

View the recorded discussion from 2/23/23!

For additional information regarding the event, please contact Jennifer Hoyt at jhoyt@odu.edu.
