Worker's Compensation
Employees injured in an at-work related incident and wishing to receive compensation must follow the Worker's Comp procedures

Worker's Comp Leave
Absences for medical appointments and lost time that are the result of job-related injury should be reported as Workers' Compensation Leave (WCL)

Return to Work
Employees returning to work after injury, illness, or medical condition should comply in accordance with the return to work procedure.

FMLA
Family & Medical Leave (FMLA) program provides up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave & job security

Classified Short Term Disability
Virginia Sickness and Disability Program (VSDP) for Classified employees only

Faculty Short Term Disability
VRS and ORP Sick Leave Program for Faculty only
