The Inn offers double occupancy living accommodations in the Monarch Way Neighborhood. It is located on Hampton Boulevard, close to the Education building, Gornto Teletechnet Center, the University Village, and the Ted Constant Convocation Center. Residents have access to study lounges, a laundry room, community kitchen and a multipurpose community room. The Inn is traditionally occupied by upperclassmen students; however, due to occupancy needs, freshmen students may be assigned by HRL to this residence hall.

Each bathroom is furnished with one toilet and one shower with a shower curtains/rods. A sink with mirror is provided in each bedroom. One bathroom per two students.

The Inn has a 9-month contract commitment which covers the fall and spring semesters. Each semester is billed separately, due dates are established by the Office of Finance.
