The PCard provides departmental cardholders with flexibility to conduct small dollar procurement transactions.
The Small Purchase Charge Card (PCard) is intended for University faculty and staff who frequently purchase small dollar goods and services. Cardholders can purchase goods and services directly from vendors up to the transaction amounts recommended by the applicant's Approver/Reviewer on the request form. The PCard program streamlines the procurement process for small dollar transactions, helping to reduce administrative costs for the University.
