To keep students from accessing content before a class starts or after it ends, you'll need to restrict course participation to specific dates.

 Course Merging (Cross-Listing)

If cross-listing in Banner isn't possible, you can merge classes (also called "cross-listing" in Canvas) for easier course management.

 Manage Incompletes

If you have students with incompletes from Blackboard, grant them access to their coursework in Canvas so they can finish the course.
