The ODU Facilities Management & Construction (FMC) department is dedicated to enhancing Old Dominion University's facilities, equipment and grounds, overseeing all design & construction projects, and delivering a variety of quality maintenance and event services to the campus community.

Maintenance Requests
Most maintenance requests (work orders) can be submitted online 24/7 via FM:Systems.

Building Access & Keys
Campus security is protected by appropriate key access. Request a metal door or building key here.

Event Support
Request campus outdoor event support and/or a tent, stage or amusement device permit.

Capital Construction
View all current capital ($3M+) construction projects happening on campus.

Utility Marking
Adhere to ODU's utility marking policy (administrated by FMC) and be aware of all associated costs.
