The Cybersecurity, Communications & Networking Innovation (CCNI) Lab at Old Dominion University was founded in 2013 by Dr. ChunSheng Xin through the generous support of Old Dominion University and the National Science Foundation (NSF).

The mission of the CCNI Lab is to carry out transformative research to advance the state of the arts in the fields of cybersecurity, communications, and networking, in particular the security for cognitive radio networks, wireless communications, and wireless networking. The Lab promotes the integration of research into education through vibrant curriculum design, program strengthening, and innovative outreach activities to the Hampton Roads region.

Study hard, work harder.

Research Assistant positions available for graduate students! We are especially interested in PhD students. Please email Dr. Xin at cxin@odu.edu with your resume/CV, transcripts, any publications, and any other documents that can demonstrate your achievements or potential for research.
