The Summit Peer Mentoring for African-Americans

The Summit Peer Mentoring Program is a program focused on the retention and increase the graduation rate of African and African-American STEM students. The program provides social and academic support to students transitioning to the university, as well as, students in STEM degree programs. Batten College of Engineering & Technology is committed to helping our future and current female students excel in their engineering education and profession. Events provide opportunities for admitted students to speak with current engineering students to understand how to navigate their undergraduate journey. Participants have the opportunity to:
