Reservable Spaces in Webb Center

This page has all the necessary information for departments as well as student organizations to reserve rooms in Webb Center for events.

General Guidelines

  • Must be a registered organization or department
  • Submission of a written or online request
  • Reservations are not confirmed until you receive an e-mail confirmation.
  • All special media (data projectors, special lighting equipment, etc.) must be reserved through Webb Media Services.
  • All food and beverages must be provided by Aramark Catering at 757-683-4691. A catering request form must be submitted before food items can be confirmed.
