Rebecca Anderson
Biography: Rebecca Anderson is a proud 2010 Old Dominion University graduate. She currently oversees the internal communications at Jefferson Lab, a U.S. Department of Energy national laboratory. With more than 750 employees and 1,200 scientific users of the continuous electron beam accelerator facility, she helps spread the word about the latest happenings at the lab. She is dedicated to encouraging communication within the STEM and health fields, as well as volunteering her expertise locally. Prior to her role as Internal Communications Specialist, she worked in communications for a variety of industries around Hampton Roads.
When she's not at Jefferson Lab, you can find her training for her next race or spending time with her son, Charley.
Fontaine Bland
Biography: Fontaine Bland is a Senior Brand Manager at 72andSunny who has led numerous projects for clients including the National Football League, Dolby and Pabst Blue Ribbon. Her professional accomplishments include being named a co-lead on the ADCOLOR Advisory Board - 2021-2022, being honored as finalist for the 2019 Diversity Distinction Outstanding Young Professional Award by PRWeek, and being honored as a member of the 2018 ADCOLOR Futures Class.
Mitch Brown
Biography: Mitch Brown is an Emmy-nominated & award-winning Sports Director at FOX 56 News in Lexington, KY. A 2015 graduate of Old Dominion, Mitch has more than six years of experience as a television sports anchor.
Scott Duncan
Biography: Scott Duncan has led business units and created best-in-class leadership development programs for more than 30 years. He has traveled the globe, engaging leaders in some of the world's leading universities, financial services and entertainment organizations. He also leads a number of non-profit boards and hosts Imagine That!, the game show all about creativity, teamwork - and fun!
Gianina Thompson
Biography: Gianina Thompson heads all communications for The SpringHill Company, LeBron James' empowerment-led media company. She also writes for InStyle and Teen Vogue periodically.
