Assessment Toolbox:Using Results

Results of assessments should be communicated to stakeholders in such a way that they can be used to support decisions and make changes.

Things to consider when presenting results:

  1. Know your audience. What's the best way they digest information?

  2. Different ways to deliver results

  3. Presenting useable results

  4. Clear goals and objectives of the assessment and why it's important

  5. Graphics that assist in telling the story, not distract

Check out the resources below for a how-to guide on presenting results and tips for catering to your audience.
