A Student-Ready College

Old Dominion created eleven "design thinking" teams, six made up of students and five of faculty members, who focused on a specific issue or barrier with the goal of increasing the enrollment and retention of underrepresented students.

Innovate Cyber

At INNOVATE Cyber you will work within a team to identify a challenge or issue related to cybersecurity. Using the design thinking approach to problem-solving, you will be empowered to express your ideas, think creatively, and research within a high-impact team environment to identify solutions. Design thinking focuses on creating innovators--a human-centered method for creative action that leans heavily on empathy, observation, interviewing, and brainstorming.

Pace Institute

ODU's E-Collaborative would like to extend to you an invitation to join us at this year's Program Acceleration for Collaborative Entrepreneurship (PACE) Institute which will provide ODU faculty and administrators an active role in showcasing their innovative leadership, scholarship, teaching, service, and community engagement.
