The Social Entrepreneurship Impact Learning Community is geared toward students interested in developing skills in innovation, problem solving, and social responsibility. This interdisciplinary community is open to students in all majors. Courses include: Monarch Think Tank I (HNRS 201) and Information Literacy for the Digital Age (LIBS 110G)
This Impact Learning Community is for students interested in the Interdisciplinary Minor in Conservation Leadership. The Interdisciplinary Minor in Conservation Leadership focuses on conservation solutions in the context of our quickly changing planet. A goal of this new program is to develop the next generation of conservation leaders with the ability to critically review underlying paradigms and to initiate paradigm shifts where they are needed to address the challenges of sea level rise and climate change in conservation roles, such as in local, state and federal agency and non-profit sectors.
This community is unique in that students are enrolled in at least one mutual course during the fall and spring semesters.
