Office ofAdministration & Finance
The Office of Administration & Finance is responsible for the delivery of business, financial, and operational services for Old Dominion University. Administration & Finance encompasses a diverse group of support services, and continually seeks to develop, administer, and coordinate these units to aid in the fulfillment of the University's mission and to respond to the needs of the University community.

Old Dominon University has been awarded the prestigious 26th Annual Achievement of Excellence in Procurement® (AEP) for 2021 from the National Procurement Institute, Inc. (NPI). The AEP Award is earned by public and non-profit agencies that demonstrate a commitment to procurement excellence. This annual program recognizes procurement organizations that embrace Innovation, Professionalism, Productivity, Leadership and e-Procurement.

University financial processing, ensuring compliance with all Federal and state regulations and laws.
High-quality, cost-effective computing and communications services for the University.
The Office of Institutional Research at Old Dominion University serves to provide accurate, timely, and relevant data and analysis in support of decision making across the entire institution while also ensuring institutional compliance with the state and Federal data reporting mandates.
The University serves the many members of the military services and their families.
ODU maintains a full service police department that delivers progressive public safety services to ensure a safe and enjoyable university experience.
