Requirements

What are the requirements to apply for Public Procurement & Contract Management at ODU?
Students entering the Certificate program in Public Procurement & Contract Management should meet the minimum university admission requirements Graduate Admission.

Certificate applicants enroll as Non-Degree Graduate Students thru the Office of Graduate Admissions. Please visit the Office of Graduate Admissions website. Applicants may also simultaneously apply to the Graduate Certificate program and the Master of Public Administration, or the Master of Business Administration.

Cost

Estimated rates for the 2023-24 academic year. Rates are subject to change. Anyone that is not a current Virginia resident will be charged non-resident rates. That includes international students.
