Students Eligible to Win Startup Funds at SPLASH! "Something in the Water" Pitch Competition

"Something in the Water" is partnering with ODU and Cox to offer the first "SPLASH! SITW Pitch Competition" on Friday, April 26, during the SITW Festival in Virginia Beach. SPLASH! Is open to any undergraduate or graduate student attending a Virginia college, university or community college.

Applications are due by midnight, April 5 -- Three prizes of $2,500 each will be awarded to companies with the biggest social impact, boldest emerging technology application, and the Cox Communications best female founder.

"Something in the Water" is the first multi-day music festival and cultural experience sponsored by Pharrell Williams and Friends in his hometown of Virginia Beach. The event runs April 26-28.
