The Governance Committee of the Old Dominion University Board of Visitors will meet on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, from 1:00-3:00 PM. The agenda is attached.

The meeting will be held in the Board Room of the Kate and John R. Broderick Dining Commons on the main campus of Old Dominion University, 1 Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA 23529. One or more members of the Committee may participate remotely, but only if a quorum of the Committee is physically present at the meeting location.
