The Old Dominion University Board of Visitors will meet on December 9-10, 2020.
Pursuant to § 4-0.01(g) of Chapter 1289 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly, the Board will meet by electronic communication means, without a quorum and without any board members physically assembled at one location, to discuss or transact business statutorily required or necessary to continue operations of the Board of Visitors and the discharge of its lawful purposes, duties and responsibilities.

Meetings of the Board's standing committees will be held on December 9 and 10 prior to the full Board meeting as noted on the attached schedule. The Zoom link noted above will work for all committee meetings.
