The Presidential Evaluation & Compensation Committee of the Old Dominion University Board of Visitors will meet on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. The agenda is attached.
Pursuant to § 4-0.01(g) of Chapter 1289 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly, the Committee will meet by electronic communication means, without a quorum and without any committee members physically assembled at one location, to discuss or transact business statutorily required or necessary to continue operations of the Board of Visitors and the discharge of its lawful purposes, duties and responsibilities.
