Pursuant to § 4-0.01(g) of Chapter 1289 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly, the Board committees will meet by electronic communication means on Wednesday, June 16, without a quorum and without any board members physically assembled at one location, to discuss or transact business statutorily required or necessary to continue operations of the Board of Visitors and the discharge of its lawful purposes, duties and responsibilities.
The meetings on Thursday, June 17, will be held in person in the Board Room of the Kate and John R. Broderick Dining Commons on the Norfolk campus of Old Dominion University. Some Board members may also participate electronically under the § 4.01(g) of Chapter 2289 as noted above.
The meetings will be held in both open and closed sessions. Members of the public may attend all open sessions in person or via Zoom:
