February 11, 2021 (Special Board of Visitors Meeting)

A special meeting of the Board of Visitors of Old Dominion University has been called by the Rector on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. for the purpose of discussing finalists for the position of President of Old Dominion University. The agenda is attached.

Pursuant to § 4-0.01(g) of Chapter 1289 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly, the Committee will meet by electronic communication means, without any committee members physically assembled at one location, to discuss or transact business statutorily required or necessary to continue operations of the Board of Visitors and the discharge of its lawful purposes, duties and responsibilities.
